Probably your users are not allowed to install an ActiveX on their machines.

You can either install the ActiveX by printing the report as an admin or
domain admin (install for All users )

Or create a policy which allows all users to install a Microsoft signed
ActiveX

Hope this helps

thanks PatriK , but we didn't use policy to avoid ActiveX , also i
have admin access both in server and the client m/c

we recently have this server virtualized ESX, from that it stops
printing and starts popup, i tried even to install the RS cab in local
but it didn't help out to fix, any more ideas ?
